- Program Assistant Roles-P.A. plays a vital role in the programming aspect of the PEGASUS program. One in this position is encouraged to provide insight upon the progression and development of the program and is considered to be a profound asset in this process. A Program Assistant employs several roles, all while encouraging PEGASUS mentors and scholars to reach their potentials and attain personal and academic goals.
